Fond du Lac Lutheran Home's non-profit community care center has been providing a caring environment for over 55 years. During that time, we've been able to serve people of all faiths, races and economic backgrounds.Our experience really shows when it comes to important needs, like well-balanced and delicious food; multi-faith spiritual care; personal fulfillment and meeting the ever-changing health care needs of our residents.
Our residents are a thriving community of people, who through our concern can celebrate whatever life has to offer. They are all individuals with diverse personal goals and unique health care needs.
