Registered Nurse AM Shift Works to provide to the residents assigned, the highest quality of care by administrating the residents plan of care. Oversees the department and acts as a supervisor to or in conjunction with LPN’s both the professional and non-professional nursing staff. Adheres to rules of conduct and standards of practice as defined by Wisconsin Statue and Wisconsin Administration Code.

QUALIFICATIONS: 1. Currently licensed as a Registered Nurse with the State of Wisconsin.
2. Able to use and act upon independent judgment.

3. This position is to join our skilled nursing team working with various dedicated units. The position consist of 8 days in a 2 week pay period. Work every third weekend rotation as charge nurse. Benefit eligible, and incentive pay included. Call Gary for more details at 920-921-9520

CNAs are responsible to assists in the personal care of residents and performs related work as requested or assigned on the nursing unit. Provides assistance in order to meet the needs of each resident according to the established philosophy, objectives, procedures and policies of the Fond du Lac Lutheran Home, Inc.

Medication Aide The Fond du Lac Lutheran Home has an immediate opening for a Medication Aide. Medication Aides perform a routine medication pass and related tasks necessary to maintain the medication pass system according to nursing policies and procedures, facility standards, and residents’ rights. When not involved with medication pass, will assist CNA’s with resident care. Call to arrnage an interview or stop in to complete an application today. Positions include rotating schedules working every other weekend and offer competitive pay, shift differentials, pick up pay and fringe benefits.

QUALIFICATIONS: a) Completion of 100 hours accredited medication aide training course or current LPN licensure.
b) Ability to read, write, speak, and understand English.
c) Ability to relate positively, effectively, and appropriately with residents, families, community members, volunteers, and other facility staff.
d) Possess special interest in and a positive attitude about working with long-term care residents and the elderly.
e) Previous experience in nursing home preferred.
f) Acceptable references.

g) Constantly must be able to push/pull over 50 pounds and lift/move over 50 pounds.
